• The e-commerce on this site, including purchase of downloads and tangible goods, is handled by a third party (E-Junkie.com).
• Payment processing is handled either by Paypal (Paypal payments only) or Google Checkout (accepts most credit and debit cards); please be aware that both checkout procedures will take you out of the current site.
• E-mail notifications and tracking for your orders that are handled by Google Checkout will come from Google. If you have any questions about the order procedure they can be directed to shop@roddymacleodpiobaireachd.com.

• All downloadable items (including free samples) are under copyright. Unauthorised copying, hiring, lending, public performance, internet, radio or television broadcast of this material is prohibited.
• Audio tracks are supplied without restrictive DRM (Dgital Rights Management) to provide a better user experience and in return we ask that you respect the artistry and work that has gone into creating these recordings.

Shipping and Returns policy

Shipping times may vary but expect goods in stock to arrive within 15 working days worldwide and within 7 working days for Europe and the United Kingdom.

If you are unhappy with your purchase please return the goods within 14 days along with any documenation regarding the purchase. Goods must be returned complete, undamaged and unsoiled, and where possible with original packaging and labeling intact. For returns your account will be credited or the goods exchanged. Shipping costs for returns will not be refunded.

Data Protection

1. Roddy MacLeod - Piobaireachd stores data outside the EU and as such is not protected by EU data protection laws.
2. Marketing material will only be sent out if permission is given by the buyer.
3. The site agrees not to share or sell personally identifying information except in case of a merger, or ceases trading and in doing so loses control of the data.
